  • Alyssa Manthos

    Stage Choreography Director

    With over 15 years in the pageant world, Alyssa Manthos is a seasoned competitor and previous titleholder, having earned prestigious crowns such as National American Miss Teen, International United Miss Teen, and Miss Mission Greece where she proudly placed 3rd Runner-Up at Internationals.

    A competitive gymnast for 13+ years, she now leads as a USAG Compulsory Program Director, Varsity Gymnastics Coach and choreographer, coaching multiple top 100 gymnasts in the nation, empowering the next generation of athletes. Her performance background also includes trained dance, modeling, and acting, with principal background roles in television and film, including Gossip Girl and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

    A proud Deans List graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Education, she is also a passionate mental health advocate. Through her organization, Meaningful Messages for Mental Health, she delivers handwritten cards and donations to inpatient facilities, spreading love one message at a time.


  • Erica Ly

    Delegate Coordinator & Delegate Experience Host

    Erica has been apart of the pageant industry for over 6 years. She has competed nationally and internationally, and has proudly won and represented titles for American Royal Beauties, International Junior Miss, and Miss US International. Her journey with the Miss Mission organization began after she represented Iowa at the national pageant and earned the prestigious title of Miss Mission USA 2024.

    Erica is an award winning artist with over 2 decades of experience. Her expertise spans from oil painting to portraiture, and she continues to inspire and create as a business owner and an art teacher. With 6 years of teaching expertise, she proudly owns and runs her own art studio where she teaches drawing and painting classes to over 120 students weekly.

    Her advocacy focuses on her platform “Nourishing Our Neighbors: uniting our communities one meal at a time”. She is passionate about advocating for and providing to those struggling with food insecurity and malnutrition, and encourages others to help feed and support their communities through volunteer opportunities and donations. She believes everyone deserves to be free from hunger. 

    Erica is excited to take on this new role with the Miss Mission USA Organization, and help to continue supporting the empowerment of all women. As a former titleholder and previous pageant contestant, it is her mission to make sure that every contestant feels seen, valued, and supported.

  • Skylar Allen Vizza

    National Recruitment Coordinator

    Skylar Allen Vizza was born and raised in New Jersey where she started competing in pageants at the age of 4. After taking a break from the pageant and modeling industry, her love of advocacy brought her back to the stage in 2020. She represented the state of Florida in the first Miss Mission USA pageant. 

    Skylar has lived with chronic illness for 11 years and is passionate about bringing awareness and attention to the battle millions of Americas fight. Her advocacy has spanned through multiple non-profit organizations, most recently being invited to the Capitol to speak with Congress about those living with various immune-deficiencies. 

    Empowering other women to continue on through adversity is something Skylar wishes to continue through her role within the Miss Mission USA system. She is excited to watch this system grow and provide platforms to even more women.
